Hallo,
Frank

Tragaki local village – Agios Nikolaos Harbor – Speedboat Shipwreck & Blue Caves – Lunch at sea side village – Local Market – Bochali viewing point
In a luxury minibus, with English speaking Nefis Host, you will be picked up at the harbor's meeting point. We drive to the authentic village of Tragaki, for a stroll and taste of the village life, where we will meet and greet the locals. By beautiful roads we start to go into the mountains taking in majestic views from the Ionian Sea. While your Nefis guide, with you for the day, will inform you about the diverse local history, flora and fauna and Greek mythology.
In the harbor of Agios Nikolaos, we have time to get changed and grab a coffee before we will meet our captain and board our private speedboat, exclusively for the group.
When we enter the fascinating Shipwreck Bay, you’ll feel your adrenaline and excitement build.
The enchanting white limestone cliffs surrounding the bay of Navagio and its white pebbly stone beach, contrast the mesmerizing bands of sea colors from light turquoise to dark blue. You will instantly understand why this masterpiece of Mother Nature is called one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, and is a must do on the list of things while on Zakynthos, one to tick off the bucket list for sure! As we come closer the colors become even more intense, creating an artistic scene. The setting of the reddish wreckage on a blue and white surrounding is so perfect that it is almost as if it was placed there intentionally.
After the visit at the Shipwreck Beach, we will sail to the Blue Caves situated at the East side of Zante. Our Nefis Travel speedboat has the ability to safely enter the Blue Caves of Zante, as we stop to take photos of the sea caves and arches, as well as the stunning translucent blue waters. Those who wish to fully experience the phenomenon of the Blue Caves can take a dip in the crystal-clear blue waters. Your whole body takes on the blue hues and everyone enjoys photographing all the "blue Smurfs". Don’t worry though, this is just an optical illusion and the blue hue will disappear once out of the water!
By the time you return to land at the picturesque harbor of Agios Nikolaos, you will be ready for lunch. For those of you that want to sit and enjoy the spectacular views while enjoying some refueling, we have found an exceptional local sea side Taverna. Here you can try some real traditional or modern Greek cuisine and use this opportunity to get that final special photo of the day to be envied by all, who will definitely wish they were here with you.
After our lunch it is time to explore some of the Zakynthian local products as we make our way to the quaint traditional Greek local roadside market situated in an old school. Reni and Taki will introduce its history to you as you will be charmed by this unique place. Your taste buds will be tickled with the free Zakynthian local pastelli, nuts and wine-tasting. You will also have the chance to try and buy some local products including: honey, olive oils, hand-made rugs and tapestries.
If time allows us, we’ll also visit Bochali, the balcony of Zante Town. From here you will be able to take enchanting pictures from the south of Zakynthos and your cruise boat laying in the breathtaking blue colored sea with a glimpse of the main land of Greece in the back.
We now make our way back to the harbor, to make sure we are on time for the tender boats.
